Get your licence key again

Enter the email you paid with. If it bought Localdock, the licence key goes straight back to that address — we never show a key on screen, only email it to the person who owns it.

Reinstalling, or on a new Mac?

The same key works — a licence covers one device at a time and moves with you. If activation says the device limit is reached, open Settings on the old Mac and choose Deactivate this Mac. No longer have it? Email hey@localdock.dev and we'll free the slot for you.

Bought with a different email?

Look for the receipt from Creem — it went to whichever address was used at checkout, and the key is in that same thread. If you genuinely can't find it, email us with anything that identifies the purchase (date, last four digits of the card, the address you think you used) and we'll track it down within 3 business days.
